ATT UVerse is an IPTV service available in a few places throughout the US over ATT DSL lines.  Take a look at the map to get an idea of the coverage areas.

With UVerse ATT is struggling with the same problems they've had with DSL for years.... The fact is they just have very little bandwidth to work with, and this sort of thing is difficult for them.  They clearly have some long term plans to disband DSL, most likely going with all fiber.
